WHAT IS IT?

Built for Battle is a 7-day online course led by PhD Exercise Scientist Robert Buhmann with downloadable worksheets, Q&A groups and a community of combat athletes and human performance experts. It will teach you how to program your own power and conditioning training plan from scratch.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Built for Battle is for martial artists who want to develop speed, strength, power and conditioning by following a no BS approach based on the current best practice science. It works for anybody, regardless of your previous knowledge or experience.

WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?

Built for Battle is an online course consisting of instructional videos, written text, slides, worksheets, science based tools, templates and Q&A groups. You complete it online, on your own time. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You watch the videos, complete the worksheets, use the provided tools and templates. Ask questions in the Q&A group, follow the process, get results.

WHEN DOES IT START? 

Built for Battle is an online course, it starts the moment you enroll. You can complete it in your own time and work through it as fast or slow as you wish. You get lifetime access including updates.

WHY DOES IT EXIST? 

We created the Built for Battle course because there was nothing that showed combat athletes how to assess their own physical abilities and to create an individualised training plan to develop them. We filled this void, and in extreme detail.
